Responsibilities

  • Applies a working knowledge of industry leading development skills, tools, processes, applications, and environments and programming language(s) to complete assignments.
  • Designs and develops full-stack applications using industry-adopted languages and frameworks
  • Assists other developers on completing their assignments
  • Works with team to diagnoses and resolves complex problems/issues and completes complex assignments
  • Develops detailed specifications for complex assignments
  • Provides technical guidance and mentors other analysts
  • May take on several simultaneous work stories or focus on a single complex story
  • Understands, supports, and helps define the vision and direction for the product development
  • Applies understanding of product design, data design and movement and test to ensure quality outcomes
  • Champions and leads others to design and develop for exceptional user experience

Qualifications

Required technical skills and experience:
  • Preferred 2+ years of developer experience. (NodeJS, Kubernetes, Git, AWS Dev Stack)
  • Hands on experience with various software development tooling, testing and techniques, (e.g., AWS, Terraform, Python, GIT, etc.).
  • Hands on experience with AWS services (Glue, Lamdba, S3, ec2, IAM)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and analytic data design is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable with CI/CD experience using Git/Gitlab CI.
  • Basic hands-on experience with ingestion/consumption patterns.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a changing, highly collaborative agile team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibits a committed, DevOps/DevSecOps mindset to software practices of continuous integration, automated testing, and resiliency of processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with people with varied experiences, skills, talents, perspectives, and cultures.
  • Effectively shares ideas and information.
  • Working understanding of databases, data types, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with Informatica Data Management tools (e.g., EDC, Axon and DEQ).
  • Professional certifications in AWS preferred/encouraged.
