Responsibilities

Human Resources & Development (HR&D) is seeking a Technology Analyst. This position is on the Digital Performance Support team which is bringing "in the moment" learning and guidance to State Farm applications using WalkMe. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile effort with Enterprise impact that touches all associates, including State Farm agents and their teams. Responsibilities:

• Provides consulting services on technologies supporting performance-based solutions to business partners, stakeholders, and enterprise associates• Consults on technology issues, tools, processes, and solutions with HR&D leaders/analysts and business partners• Demonstrates appropriate level of knowledge and understanding of technology and/or business processes, enterprise risk activities, and associated issues• Establishes and maintains relationships with business partners/stakeholders• Maintains expertise in technologies that support human resources and development environments

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following experiences/capabilities:

• Knowledge of WalkMe or other digital adoption tools a plus• An understanding of UI/UX, general web functions and standards to work across internal and external websites• Possesses expertise and hands on experience with web applications and programming languages/tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's• Researches and applies new technology trends as it relates to web or solution development• Stays current on technologies and concepts relevant to databases, websites, networks, code development, media formats, and State Farm technology guidelines as applicable to core project responsibilities• Possesses knowledge of accessibility standards• Ability to anticipate, analyze, and solve problems• Knowledge of and focus on the customer experience• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
