Offering for part-time position to full-time position, Monday thru Friday, 30 to 32 hours weekly up to 40.

Office Manager:

We have an immediate part-time to full-time and long-term position for an office manager who is a take charge type person. Our business consists of a sales department, parts department, service department and operates much like any auto or truck dealership type business with agricultural manufacturing along with leasing and showing space to tenants in our complex.

We use Quick Books currently for our rental and storage business, which bookkeeping is about five percent of our activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Quoting and showing space to potential warehouse, office, and vehicle/rv storage

Invoicing monthly accounts receivable (QuickBooks) and receiving in payments (accounts payable)

Coding vendor invoices entering into QuickBooks and doing weekly check runs for AP once approved

Maintain a rent roll and calendar adding and removing tenants as needed

Making and updating leases for tenants as required

Running errands as required (Bank deposits, picking up parts and supplies etc.)

Collaborating with management to monitor and grow the rental income (Excel Spreadsheets)

Entering data into FileMaker to update our mailing lists and addresses

Making Word Documents and Excel spreadsheets as requested

Making Labels for customer and vendor mailings

Filing as required including electronic files for tenants including scanning and taking pictures

Measuring space with a measuring wheel and figuring area to be used for the tenants

Compiling returns to vendors

Answering phones experience required to route calls to the correct person the first time

Renewing vehicle registrations and plates annually for all required vehicles and trailers

Meet and Greet customers

Responsible for all entries and applications to do with AP, AR and all bookkeeping aspects on Business system

Must have the ability to create financial statements monthly and yearly

Must have the ability to forecast budgets and maintain a spreadsheet with money spent out of the budget MTD and YTD

Qualifications:

Must possess a great attitude, be dependable and have a can-do approach to work.

High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience of 5 years plus

Basic to intermediate QuickBooks experience required (Must pass test)

Accurate and efficient data entry skills required.

Organizational skills are required and being able to prioritize work.

Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required.

Must understand intermediate to advanced accounting principles.

Must be a people person and able to interact and solve issues.

Must be good at planning and scheduling.

Must know how to create and maintain budgets and financial statements
