Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain software applications critical to the operations of CVS Caremark by incorporating peripheral knowledge of other applications and related technologies in the analysis and design of complex solutions. Areas of expertise should be in Conflicts processing for both maintenance of business and projects requests, Cover my Meds, Electronic Prescription processing, Eligibility processing and extensive knowledge in IDz and Total Test. The Senior Application Developer is expected to champion SDLC methods and best practices to ensure that quality standards are met. Responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions as assigned, ensuring and adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines, including but not limited to: analysis & design documents, program specifications, test plans and results, design, code, testing, debugging, and documentation of those programs while delivering assignments within specified time frames.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in programming languages and technical tools: Java, COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, REXX, Easytrieve, QMF, SPUFI, File-Aid, CICS Webservices, DB2, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Total Test, IDz, AWS, Changeman
