You ll be on the front line helping a team run production lines for some of the biggest names in the transportation industry. But most importantly, you ll get to work with some remarkable people! Some of the job responsibilities of this position would include:Responsibilities- Develop, Train and Lead employees to help them strengthen and improve their skills to keep in line with corporate, division and employee goals.
- Leading Daily/weekly production meetings.
- Developing and maintain manufacturing operations business plans.
- Establishing production and quality control standards.
- Developing budget and cost controls.
- Obtaining data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or operations management or equivalent
- 4-6 years of related experience
- Continuous Improvement Process
- Lean Manufacturing Methods, Kanban
- Knowledge of 5S and Kaizen
- Knowledge of Harness Assemblies, mechanical and electromechanical assemblies
