DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Marketing Director to advance IPM’s digital marketing maturity, develop the online strategy used in marketing IPM’s services, and collaborate with the marketing team and business development to create and implement marketing campaigns.The Digital Marketing Specialist is ultimately responsible for: Increasing IPM’s brand visibility and strength Promoting IPM services Driving lead/demand generation in the digital realm Designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of IPM servicesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESMarketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manage, administer, and identify ways to best utilize IPM’s CRM and marketing automation platforms Create and maintain segmented lists by buyer types, demographics, personas, and behaviors Implement a lead scoring system With support from Content Editor, create, write, edit, and disseminate email campaigns and build email drip and nurture campaigns that increase engagement and minimize unsubscribes Incorporate email best practices, dynamic content, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign efforts With guidance from Marketing Director and in collaboration with the marketing team, develop integrated digital marketing campaigns to support IPM’s strategic initiatives, utilizing IPM content in new and creative ways Implement and manage IPM lead flow process Update CRM based on bounced emails and marketing insightsWebsite and SEM Create, build, and maintain webpages in content management system (CMS) Identify opportunities to enhance IPM’s website Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Create lead forms and utilize progressive profiling to capture prospect information Increase IPM’s visibility and drive website activity through SEO and paid advertisingAnalytics and DocumentationWith Direction from the Marketing Director: Establish metrics, monitor, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and website activity. Assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, incorporating marketing best practices, customer feedback, lessons learned, and data to optimize spend and performance Create marketing dashboards and reports to ensure IPM is capitalizing on its digital marketing efforts Develop documentation and road maps for marketing automation processes Create workflows and reports to inform marketing and business development activity and decision-making Provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROIREQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Experience working with marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Pardot and Salesforce are preferred Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress Working knowledge of HTML Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager are desired Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and/or display advertising campaigns Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong communication and writing skills Ability to successfully manage collaborative initiatives from initiation to completion Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Strong personal organization and work management skills; planning, prioritization, execution focus Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systemsRequirementsAd Copywriting, Analysis, Channel Marketing, Campaign, CRM - Customer Relationship Manager, CRM Marketing, Email Marketing, Internal Communications, SEMAt TCG, we’re committed to you from the moment you sign up.
