o  ÂÂPay starts atÂ$0.52 per loaded mile and $0.44 per unloaded mileÂ
     o ÂÂEach year of tank experience earns higher milege pay
o  ÂÂPay increases at 3 months and 1 year ÂThen annually
o  ÂOTR - 2 TAH schedules - 2 weeks out= 3 days home OR 3-4 weeks out= 6 days home
o  ÂOperate within a 500 mile radius of Lansing, IL
o  ÂRegional - Home weekly on weekends (If freight allows -10 hr DOT break at home during week)Â
o  ÂBunk pay for every night spent in truck
