Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists Property Manager with posting, collecting, tracking and managing delinquency of rental and other income
Assist Property Manager with processing all invoices generated by the property
Consistently attempts to collect "Bad Debt" prior to write offs
Assist Property Manager with evictions related to no rent payments
Assists Property Manager with property financial operation reporting

Preferred Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years experience in Bookkeeping or equivalent, Multi-family housing preferred
Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software
General knowledge of local, state and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to accept responsibility for assigned tasks/projects and complete them on schedule
Ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce
Ability to communicate information efficiently and succinctly both verbally and in written form
