Security person needed for small apartment building in central Urbana. Duties include monitoring on-site activities and visitors, enforcing building parking and other rules, ensuring security, safety and quiet environment for all residents. Seeking some experience in Law Enforcement, Security Guard, or Property Manager. Ex-military is a PLUS. Retired is OK. Enthusiasm is a plus. Must have own vehicle; must be cell phone savvy for texts, photos, videos, and voicemail; must be computer literate for email, document printing and scanning.
