Roofing Estimator. Must have ability to meet with homeowners and climb on roofs and do accurate measurements. Have the ability to do a sketch drawing of roof that depicts all hips, valleys, penetrations and show problem areas on roof. You would be figuring the amount of squares, feet of drip edge, layers of existing roofing etc. We require digital pictures of the house and of the roof for office reference. You would also be pricing jobs for our estimates per our price schedule. Previous storm damage experience would be a huge plus. Immediate opening for this position. High pay for the right person. You could also sub-contract this position if you have your own truck, ladders and insurance. We have over 150 roofs that need measured now!
