TITLE: IAM ANALYST - OKTA
Location: Chicago, IL; Des Moines, IA; Kansas City, MOA global financial organization is searching for an experienced IAM Analyst to join the Identity Application Integration Team providing Single Sign-on and Multi-Factor Authentication Services (SSO/MFA). The IAM Analyst will be primarily working on application migration into StoneX's modern authentication platform. Ideal candidates will have experience with experience and/or exposure with Okta. Must be capable of working with internal and external teams to understand application architecture, gather requirements and propose proper migration paths onto the new identity provider. The company's solutions allow new applications to utilize best in class authentication protection, and provide a platform for migrating foundational enterprise applications from legacy identity providers. Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are required.Responsibilities:- Understand and operate SSO/MFA services
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements for implementing connections through new SSO & MFA solutions.
- Collect and qualify required artifacts, develop test plans, and lead integration implementation efforts to guarantee success.
- Conduct regular or emergency maintenance and software upgrades as required
- Prepare documentation for training and audit, and act in a supporting role for federation and Single Sign-on services.
- Assist in the development of test plans and troubleshoot use-case testing as part of integration implementations.
- Monitor the health and availability for IAM MFA/SSO solutions.
- 2+ years working with IAM toolsets
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) fundamentals
- Understanding of single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and password policies
- Understanding of SAML, OIDC, OpenID, and other IAM standards/protocols
- Experience with Okta, Azure, ADFS, or other IDP's preferred
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
- Be available occasionally on an on-call basis to respond to pending issues or problems arising during non-business hours and provide support and response
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
