TITLE: IT Compliance Program Manager- Remote
Location: Remote Compensation Range : ( $60-$75/HR ) • Project Overview: A program has been established at the company to enhance an existing communication surveillance platform with a new vendor platform. This includes implementation of the surveillance capabilities with the vendor and integration of all the required communication data. This includes capturing of the communication data and provision of data into the surveillance platform. Multiple communication channels are in-scope with initial focus on Teams. Program covers audit, video, and text based data sets across varied collaboration capabilities with user base globally. • Contractor's Role: This role is to own and drive technology implementation outcomes in Compliance technology program for ecomm surveillance, focused in regulatory e-communications surveillance related project workstreams. This role will report to the head of technology for Risk and Compliance, and is required to own the successful delivery of the technical program for the surveillance outcome for the company • Experience Level: o Level 3- [senior- 8+ years overall experience] • Qualifications (Must Have's) Strong technical development and integration background required, with a strong lean towards developer background. Thorough understanding of SDLC, RACI, and project management practices. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with lean towards actions. Exceptional analytical skills on project risks, dependencies, mitigations, and constraints that drives towards recommendation and trade off decisions. Pragmatic approach to issues and unknowns with hands-on experience in dealing with prior programs of similar size. Experienced in working across compliance, vendors (Actimize-must have) and internal technology teams (collab, infrastructure, cyber, app tech, etc.). Must have experience implementing SaaS solutions for regulatory compliance objectives for Client, SEC, FCA etc. regulatory monitoring outcomes. Must have experience with Actimize surveillance and case management systems.• Nice to Haves: Knowledge of Client/SEC/FCA communication surveillance requirements are preferred. Knowledge of legal hold, matter management, and retention policy is nice to have.• Tasks & responsibilities • Candidate will own and drive program definition, project plan, facilitates the development and ensures completion of the IT implementation, identify issues and risks, work with system architects and delivery teams (vendor / internal) to drive solution, workaround, or alternatively acceptable resolution to challenges.
