TITLE: Service Desk Technician Location: Chicago, IL or Tampa, FL
The Service Desk Technician will provide support by supporting all internal IT and non-IT employees. The Service Desk Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting problems faced by the end-users.What You'll Do:- Be the first point of contact for internal customers seeking tech assistance in person, over the phone, or by email.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Experience in a service desk or customer support role.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Troubleshooting knowledge for MS Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Apple and Android mobile devices.
- General knowledge of enterprise software such as Active Directory, GSuite, Slack, MS Teams, and Office 365 is a plus.
