Chicago Passport & Visa Services is currently seeking a customer service representative who possesses a minimum of one year of office experience. However, we are open to providing comprehensive training to an ideal candidate. Chicago Passport & Visa Services is an expanding enterprise supported by a compact team of seasoned professionals situated in the Gold Coast region of Chicago, IL. We provide prompt passport and visa services to our clientele across all 50 states, specializing in the efficient processing of United States passports and visas. At our office, we place a high importance on diligence and perseverance, while also fostering a warm, harmonious environment akin to that of a close-knit family. We are currently in search of a suitable candidate who can contribute to our expanding team as our business continues to develop. We are hiring for multiple Positions
Responsibilities
This includes but is not limited to answering phones and assisting customers with questions they have about our service, preparing paperwork for submission as it arrives at our office, submitting passport applications to the passport agency, keeping our customers up to date on the status of their passports, and shipping passport back to clients once they are issued.
Customer service agent would greet and assist walk-ins who enter our office for assistance
This may include answering questions, getting customers set up to complete forms on our computers in the lobby, and answering questions about various passport and visa services
we have a robust email management system that requires all team members to reply to emails and voicemail promptly. Our entire team works together to ensure that our customer emails are answered promptly
Must have
-Bilingual: Seeking individuals fluent in Spanish, although proficiency in other languages will also be considered. kindly inquire
-Skilled in keyboarding skills and possess a strong command of computer proficiency, adeptly utilizing computers and associated technology with high efficiency.
