We are looking to hire a front desk employee. The front desk shift is 3pm-11pm, 40 hours per week.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: starting at $15.00 per hour
Union Benefits offered past probation.
Responsibilities include:
Enforcing condominium rules and regulations.
Courteous, friendly, and professional greeting to residents and guests.
Monitoring the lobby waiting area and 15-minutes atrium parking.
Logging activities in the lobby
Reporting issues/incidents to management.
Requirements include:
Customer service skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.
Physical abilities with no limitations:
Pull/push open the door for residents and guests without assistance.
Stand for extended period of time.
