We are seeking a Call Center Rep/Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing information and setting an appointment for a representative to meet with them.
Enhanced Payment Systems is a rapidly growing merchant services provider looking for professional self-starters who are striving for a successful career with many financial incentives.
Responsibilities:
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Competitive hourly rates PLUS commission on appointments with daily/weekly/monthly BONUSES offered.

Job Duties Include:
-Cold calling new businesses to build pipeline
-Receiving incoming calls ('warm leads')
-Leaving messages with gatekeepers
-Setting appointments with qualified businesses for outside sales team
-Update customer information in online CRM system

Our Top Reps make $13-$15 /hr $1000+ monthly in commission
Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
