Part or Full-Time Driving Instructor.
Joyces Driving School, headquartered in Barrington, Illinois, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us train safe, competent drivers. You can make a difference with both Teens and Adults through training in the classroom and behind the wheel. The job is flexible; you tell us when you are available to work. This is a great job for teachers and substitute teachers looking for extra income, retirees wanting to help others and anyone who is interested in helping Teens develop an important life skill.
Valid Illinois Drivers License required. An education degree, substitute teachers license or drivers education certificate is a plus! This position is licensed by the State of Illinois and Joyces provides all required training free of charge. You will be certified to teach drivers education in the classroom and behind the wheel. Schedules are flexible based on your availability each month. Instructors are asked to work nights and weekends during the school year as part of their schedule.
