Project Scope: Our client has an immediate need for a HPC Engineer with the following skills and experience: Responsibilities: Strong logical and analytical thinking. Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide solutions. Anticipate risks and be able to mitigate them. Ability to describe technical concepts in non-technical terms. Requirements:- Needs at least 2 years' experience with HPC (High Performance Computing)
- Managing and administering HPC Linux clusters, parallel storage, and job schedulers, HPC code compilation and HPC performance tuning.
- Experience with MOAB/Torque, Lustre, Infiniband
- Demonstrated skills with distributed computing platforms such as HPC and HTC.
- Related courses and additional degrees/certificates preferred.
