My e-mail address is , I'll be waiting for your e-mail.Job Details:Title: Sr. Scrum MasterLocation: ONSITE WHOOT WHOOTHours: 1st shiftLength of Engagement: Open ContractSalary: Fair Market CompensationJob Description / Responsibilities:Looking for an experienced and passionate Scrum Master (SM) in promoting the new Digital Operating Model, coaching agile mindset, frameworks and practices needed for delivering digital experiences and capabilities.Required Skills / Experience:• Optimize the flow value from generation of Ideas to Release.• Enable one or more mission teams to maximize learning from incremental delivery.• Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, improvement items and impediments.• Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
