- Strong organizational skills and ability to take on multiple assignments
- Identify and implement preventative maintenance and performance optimization solutions to meet operational and information security objectives
- Excellent PowerShell scripting skills
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to occasionally work or assign work during nights/weekends during critical incidents per on-call rotation or major project implementations
- Solution, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure all aspects of M365 and on-premise email systems.
- Develop the technical design and operational procedures for Microsoft 365 and services within the technology scope of position
- Support the configuration, implementation, and migration of on-premise and cloud email services to Microsoft 365
- Support, operate, and maintain all on-premise and SAAS services related to email: Exchange 2016, Proofpoint
- Provide end-user support for tickets related to M365 and on-premise services
- Maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Microsoft 365 with emphasis on email service
- Strong knowledge of MSFT Exchange (2016), Proofpoint hygiene services, SMTP, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and administration of mail related services
