- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience with Ruby on Rails as well as Resque and RSpec
- Understanding of PostgreSQL
- Familiar with MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful
- Proficient with code versioning including Git, Github
- Understanding of Front-End technologies like HTML5, JavaScript
- Experience Coaching / mentoring other engineers
- Excited to work in collaborative environment
- Great communication skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Or similar field
- $120k + a year
