Role Description: The

Analyst/ Coordinator must have at least 3+ years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for delivery all relevant reporting aspects utilized for Stage Gate, Portfolio Management Reviews for the US Zone. You are required to interface with cross functional parties at all levels of the organization, including relevant brand stewards in Marketing, R&D, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Food Safety and Quality.

Primary Responsibilities: - Utilize Tableau and internal KHC systems to build dashboard reporting comprehensive of - (1) Project on a Page summary per stage - (2) S&Op reporting - (3) FSQ reporting - (4) Financial reporting - (5) Portfolio Reporting - Support Commercialization Best Practices initiatives as required, and support the continuous improvement of the commercialization process through collaboration with key stakeholders and best practice sharing. - Build out Tableau reporting to track SLAs for commercialization activities.

Required Skills: - Tableau- Building reporting (use desktop & dashboard) - Financial Reporting - Portfolio Reporting - FSQ Reporting

Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in related field. - Minimum 1 years experience in CPG environment. - Experience in Tableau desktop and Tableau dashboard creation - Advanced Excel experience

Competencies/Abilities: - Understanding of project management methodology. - Strategic capabilities/business acumen - Drive for results - Leading, building and strengthening relationships - Managing through ambiguity - Exceptional Communication-Written and Presentation

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
