Job Description

Instant Brands is creating a new marketing project management team. The Packaging Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting packaging project components as well as marketing communications as the two are tied together by fostering project support throughout the lifecycle of the packaging workstream.

What will you do?

  • Support Packaging Project Manager on day-to-day activities to ensure all projects are delivered on time, accurately and within scope.
  • Work with marketing colleagues and creative teams to facilitate successful delivery of all packaging components
  • Support the creative intake process, creates project timelines, monitors project lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Set up new projects and route internal communications to appropriate project resources.
  • Set up project schedules and manage against milestones, adjusting plan where necessary.
  • Build and maintains effective, productive working relationships with others.
  • Can gain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of a Marketing Resource Management system to intake work, assign creative teams, develop timelines, manage workflow, monitor projectstatusand develop solutions to unexpected issues when they surface.
  • Knowledge of creative development processes, writing, design, brand management, etc.
  • Creative problem solving and ability to recommend process Proficient in MS Office Suite with an aptitude for systems that support project delivery.
  • This position is not static and will be revised as the need of the organization’s business evolves.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS; 1-2 years of experience in a related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Previous experience in a creative agency setting.
  • Organized, proactive and comfortable working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to see ‘big picture’ while managing details.
  • Experience with delivering marketing collateral in digital formats such as email, video, microsites.
  • Marketing Project Management preferred.
  • Thisis a(full-timeexempt position that is not eligible for overtime
