This role will support our team's ability to create tools that teach, support, and remind people about ways to take action on their health. Clients (mainly providers and payers) come to our team for clear communication on a platform that offers personalized, interactive, multi-modal conversational experiences. Voice & Conversational Designers collaborate with developers, clients, quality assurance teams, and others depending on project needs. Though our core capacity is interactive voice response (IVR) technology, we're constantly bringing in other modalities (chatbots, SMS, voice-assistants) to enhance the patient experience.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Voice Design Team members to develop designs which ensure a consistent experience for patients.
- Build/implement patient IVR calls and Digital Forms (chatbots) based on scripts/specs.
- Use audio editing software to process and cut voice talent audio files.
- Assist in updating older voice scripts in our library to latest templates.
- Create and maintain library modules of IVR & Form flows to be re-used in patient interactions.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of software development and QA testing
- 1+ year of voice user interface (VUI) implementation and testing
- Prior experience interpreting user specifications
- Understanding of issue tracking, issue management and status reporting
- Extremely detailed-oriented and analytical
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Experience working in Agile a plus
- Spanish fluency a plus
