- Experience in a Pharma environment
- Strong proficiency in relational database management systems (MS SQL Server) and NoSQL databases;
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SSIS, PowerShell scripting;
- Experience with cloud and hybrid-cloud implementations including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS;
- Experience working on solutions that collect, process, store and analyze large volumes of business-critical data;
- Experience developing both multidimensional and tabular models with large and complex datasets;
- BI development experience using MS technology stack;
- Master data management system;
- Data modelling and data architecture design;
- Working within a project management/agile delivery methodology in a leading role as part of a wider team;
- Experience with database management and operations, including ETL tools for data mapping, data warehousing, and data pipelining;
- Designing and implementing Azure Data Analytics solutions;
- Analysis and Solution Architecture Design;
- Data quality system and process design;
- Documentation of solutions (e.g. data models, configurations, and setup).
- Ability to design data models based on functional data/business requirements;
- Experience implementing an end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);
- Experience with data management platforms (e.g. SSIS, SSAS, InfoSphere, Talend, Informatica, SAS);
- Experience with Hadoop (or similar) Ecosystem (MapReduce, Yarn, HDFS, Hive, Spark, Presto, Pig, HBase);
- The ideal candidate is an experienced API engineer with experience in Healthcare standard formats namely DICOM, HL7, CDA, X12;
- Deal with other stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, BAs, testing etc;
