Job Description: They will work closely with a variety of stakeholders from across both the Business and IT domains to define the data requirements the DWH will need to support. Primarily responsible for capturing and defining the business requirements for data initiatives. Should have experience of assessing, documenting and diagramming business process to identify data requirements and dependencies. For the TMH DWH project this means building views of the reporting and downstream TMH process data consumers that the DHW needs to support. For these processes, identifying the data items and metadata that the DHW would need to hold to satisfy these requirements. It is assumed that the upstream process are covered by the Sapiens projects and not in scope of this analysis. Pre-knowledge of TMH processes would be advantageous but is not expected. They should be adept at using a variety of analysis techniques to be able to uncover the real requirements being articulated and capable of supporting stakeholders to define relevant KPIs to support business needs and ideally guide stakeholders on the aspiration and optimisation of business requirements for data capabilities. Role will largely be technology agnostic, viewing data from a business lens but familiarity with modern data tools and concepts from a consumer / power user perspective would be advantageous The Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit and business needs.
