What You'll Do
  • Acts as a Veeva capability lead within Account Management for Life Sciences clients
  • Will help to develop go-to market strategy.
  • Support sales/pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close/sign new deals
  • Support Participate in Customer discovery/pre-sales sessions, listening to Customer’s high-level business needs
  • Co-create Customer solution presentations and Veeva capability demonstrations
  • Hire, develop, and manage a growing Veeva Solution offering and Consulting team
  • Align with other Capgemini Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop/support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio

Requirements10+ years of experience in delivering Veeva CRM and Veeva VaultDeep understanding of Life Science business (Prescription, Consumer, R&D, Animal Health, MedTech)Prior management experience including hiring, practice and partnership buildingExcellent communication skills as this leadership role will include speaking with prospects and customers as well as speaking engagements at conferencesMore than 12+ years of demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships in the healthcare/Life Sciences industryKnowledge of technology, business models, subject matter, and trends within Healthcare, Life Sciences and Medical Device industriesStrong problem solver and creative thinkingAbility to travel on an as-needed basisExperience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios

Responsibilities:Be responsible for growing sales with assigned revenue, bookings targets.Obtain a deep understanding of the Veeva category product, business management and sales challenges and strategies.Direct, own and lead a pursuit of prospects and pipelineDevelop deep customer relationships from working level to senior levelsDevelop & execute detailed account growth plans.Develop and deliver strategic sales presentations, formulating and articulating value proposition.Provide strategic insight on Life Science accounts (Veeva Related)Effectively lead negotiations with customers and close deals within company guidelines.Support core business processes including the monthly & quarterly operating reviews, annual operating planning, monthly forecast reviews, prospect pipeline reviews, sales reporting, and expense management.Lead teams which are delivering end-to-end solutions within a management consulting organization or a blend of corporate pharmaceutical and consulting experienceSound business acumen; strategic skills; common sense; along with strong negotiation skills
