This role will focus on understanding business requirements and translating these requirements into data visualization and data analytics products. Success as an Analyst on our Business Intelligence team requires a combination of analytical, client-oriented, and project management skillsets, as well as an understanding of data visualization best practices. The ideal candidate has previous experience with Tableau, project management, and gathering business requirements through client and stakeholder interviews. Additionally, this role requires a person who can learn, adapt, problem-solve, and communicate at a very high level.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, develop, and support data visualization and reporting products in Tableau
- Collaborate with data engineering team to ensure technical data requirements are met
- Work with internal stakeholders and client teams to understand business requirements for data products
- Execute on projects in a highly proactive and effective way, inclusive of documentation, status reporting, adherence to timelines and quality control standards
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to provide thought leadership and proactively address needs
- 1-3 years of Business Intelligence or Business Analytics experience
- 2+ years of hands on experience with Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Server
- Experience with SQL preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
