This manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of special projects to improve the operational efficiency of the Company. This person should be an effective project manager with a strong foundation and knowledge of accounting processes and controls, fundamental business operations and financial acumen and the technology solutions to support these key functions.Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day execution of process improvement initiatives and operational design activities and projects
- Develop and implement project management processes and methodology at appropriate levels by project
- Partners with various groups to manage projects and initiatives:
- Acquisitions/Dispositions
- Process/Team Design
- System Implementations
- Works closely with functional leads to implement process and control improvements
- Presents analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Manages and executes action plans for strategic projects and initiatives
- Communicates project status, risks, and key decisions to leadership
- Negotiate agreement and commitment from multiple stakeholders to help drive projects from initiation to closure
- Identify areas for both short-term and long-term improvement that helps support the delivery of company's long-term strategic vision
- 7 – 11 Years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with a business degree is preferred
- Formal Project Management training or certifications a plus
