Candidate is responsible for the design, development, implementation and integration of the information business applications and technology initiatives, necessary to achieve the company s goals. We are looking for a confident self-starter to join our development team who is comfortable in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:Software Application Development and Support through design, development and supporting business applications including:Integration of various third-party systems using custom ETL and APIOther custom applications development as requiredDatabase Development:Create custom stored procedures, functions etc. in SQL Server to automate various business processesDesign and develop analysis services for data warehousingReport development using SSRSConduct training as requested on internal software solutions and other business applicationsEngage with outside training vendors, as requiredQualifications:5+ years of experience as Software Engineer/Software DeveloperIn-depth understanding of object oriented design principlesStrong working knowledge .NET Framework 3.5 or higher, C#, ASP.NETAngular JS, jQuery and/or other UI technologySQL Server 2012 or higher, including T-SQL, SSRS, SSAS and SSISMicrosoft IIS web server management.Experience with Yardi , MRI or any other Property/Asset management system is a plusFamiliarity with Business Analysis and working with financials system a plusHaving a Microsoft MCSD a plusStrong verbal communications- including the demonstrated ability to listen and to communicateAbility to travel when required (approximately 10%)Vacancy expired!
