C&I Credit and Lending Product Strategy - AssociateAbout the Credit & Lending Product Management teamThe C&I Credit and Lending Product Management Team sits with CB Credit & Lending Product Solutions team and is responsible for management, development and ownership of JPMorgan's Corporate credit suite of products, the central credit product hierarchy across the firm, and the delivery of lending solutions for Corporate and Industrial clients. The Credit & Lending Product Management team partners closely with other members of CB Credit Product Solutions teams which are comprised of various Product Execution, Revenue Management, Program management teams in both US and international locations.Credit is rapidly evolving with new structures, features and channels, as well as clients looking for providers that can help meet changing priorities. Banks are competing and partnering with industry participants to meet client needs.Reporting to the Head of C&I Credit and Lending Product Management, the Product Associate will support various strategic programs across the credit and lending continuum. The Associate will work closely senior members of the Credit & Lending Product Management team, partner with internal stakeholders across Lines of Business (LOBs) and functions. Example projects will be to drive solutioning of unique problem statements and leveraging our products in new and compelling ways to meet emerging client use-cases.Core C&I Product Management Team ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to define and design credit & lending product strategy to drive growth in the business, including development of new or expanded products, technology solutions and digital

Understand JPMorgan's competitive positioning and other market insights for these products

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand product gaps and develop go-to market strategies

Act as subject matter expert to our CB partners and clients on the product set

Drive operational and process enhancements for credit & lending products, including collaboration with Credit Risk, Wholesale Lending Services, Banking, Sales, Client Service, and other internal stakeholders

Establish, design and monitor reports of key performance indicators (KPI) for relevant product sets to drive product P&L and identify emerging balance and revenue trends and opportunities

Ensure product pricing strategies are aligned with the Bank's balance sheet and other strategic objectives

Support end-to-end client experience and associated initiatives to deliver a best-in-class solutions for clients

Assist in the development of product training and sales & marketing materials

Ensure regulatory compliance & legal requirements on this product set

Segmenting, tracking and analyzing client product usage, profitability, risk profiles and pipeline development

On everything above, partner with Banking, Sales, Credit Risk, Technology, Operations, Client Service, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and other LOB's that utilize the product set

The team also acts as Credit and Lending Product SMEs for other teams within CB Credit Solutions.You will closely partner with senior members of the Credit & Lending Product Management team to support the team's mandate with respect to covered Credit & Lending Products. Along with senior members of the team, you will interact and partner with a wide array of product and functional stakeholders to understand client and user needs, market penetration gaps, competitive landscape, support the development of new or changed products and features, support the governance and change management processes to ensure bankers, underwriters and Wholesale Lending Services are equipped to sell and service credit and lending products. You will also support high - profile projects driven by regulatory or product transformation strategies,The C&I credit product suite is utilized by many JPMorgan Chase wholesale clients across several LOB's, including CB, Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Banking and Dealer Services. Current product vertical coverage includes:Traditional Wholesale Loan Products

Collateralized Loan Products

Treasury and Trade Finance Credit Products

Credit and Lending Products sold to the high growth middle market team

Qualifications3+ years' experience in finance, strategy, operations, risk management or a combination thereof

Prior experience with Credit/Lending products preferred

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in identifying and developing strategies or processes using creative and "out of the box" thinking

Strong project management skills; well-organized, structured approach; ability to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables

Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to synthesize "the story" for executive-level audiences and the ability to adjust messages based on different audiences

Strong judgment and professional maturity, proactive and results-oriented, fact and analysis-based approach to problem solvingAdvanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and solve problems as they arise
