- Determine the impact that the changes that IRG initiatives will have on people, processes and systems
- Develop communications plans to promote awareness of IRG services and assist with development of security awareness communications to promote a security culture at McDonald’s Stakeholder Management
- Build a comprehensive stakeholder map identifying key individuals & teams that have a stake in the initiative.
- Partner with the project manager and team to strategically determine how each of the stakeholders will be managed and by whom
- Build out a stakeholder management approach that can be executed against including a DAI Communication and Engagement Plan
- Build a holistic communication plan (stakeholders, audiences etc)
- Utilize the stakeholder map to ensure that the right people are informed and engaged on the initiative
- Identify new / creative ways to communicate updates and key wins to stakeholders.
- Align the comms plan to the roadmap and when that roadmap flexes the change manager is to manage updates to the communication plan • Identify how the changes to the roadmap impact the readiness plan
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in change, organization development and / or communications-related field
- 5-10 years of experience in organization development, strategic change, or consulting, with an emphasis on internal communications
- At least 4-6 years of experience managing complex projects from conception to delivery Change Management, Organizational Development and/or Communications experience
- Proven leadership and ability to influence and work with Sr. Leadership and multi-disciplined teams
- Experience leading people or contractors preferred; Global Experience preferred
- Experience within Technology is preferred
- Ability to navigate, orchestrate, and work through complex issues with a strategic, tactical, and fresh perspective
- Previous experience managing executive-level communications
- Proven ability to develop and implement change and communication strategy for key initiatives.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment and support multiple high priority work streams
- High level of strategic focus and perspective and tactical ability to deliver
- In-depth knowledge of communication strategies, tools, and vehicles and application of written communication skills
