- Extensive understanding about Virtual Desktop Infrastructure components and Architecture
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting Xendesktop/Xenapp Issues and Citrix Client issues
- Provisioning Virtual desktops and Xenapp Servers
- Understanding of Citrix/Group Policies
- Experience on Citrix Provisioning services and MCS process. Knowledge on Vdisk Patching and Imaging process
- Implementation and Customizing Citrix Web Interface/Storefront
- Knowledge on Netscaler Gateway/Load balancing concepts
- Configure license server, Zone properties and Join servers to the farm
- Hands on experience with Citrix Director tool – Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Dealing with Application access problems and troubleshooting incidents related to Citrix issues
- Root cause analysis process for problems leading to strategic resolution
- Knowledge on ITIL change management, problem management and incident management
- Troubleshooting Citrix server OS related issues
- Testing the applications in Citrix and moving it to production after doing the impact analysis
- Knowledge on Wyse Thin Clients
