Role Description: The

Commercialization Consultant must have at least 3+ years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of complaint packaging for any impacted products by 1/1/2023. You are required to interface with cross functional parties at all levels of the organization, including relevant brand stewards in Marketing, R&D, Materials Management and Manufacturing locations (both internal and external).

Primary Responsibilities: - Execute commercialization effort for USDA NLR compliance initiative by managing the activities to ensure packaging is updated to compliance. - Act as main point of contact on comprehensive list of impacted products, status of graphics work, status of material, status of flow through timing to production window - Utilize Microsoft Project to develop and review project timeline with the project team, participate with the project team to identify waves and prioritization of impacted products. - Utilize SAP/ERP/PLM and KHC proprietary tools to support commercialization activities including but not limited to: material set up and tracking to 03 status. - Support Internal and External Manufacturing managers to ensure minimal to no Supply Chain Loss on materials. - Execute launch and flow through timing targets for USDA NLR compliance. - Support Commercialization Best Practices initiatives as required, and support the continuous improvement of the commercialization process through collaboration with key stakeholders and best practice sharing.

Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in related field. - Minimum 1 years experience in CPG environment. - Advanced Excel experience

Competencies/Abilities: - Understanding of project management methodology. - Strategic capabilities/business acumen - Drive for results - Leading, building and strengthening relationships - Managing through ambiguity - Exceptional Communication-Written and Presentation

Experience: - Minimum 3 years experience in a consumer products environment, typically with 2 years experience of supply chain/ production/ procurement/ R&D/project management.

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of projects to meet the revenue, volume, growth, productivity and quality goals and priorities within a category. - Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups; develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective action if necessary.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
