This position is responsible for the ongoing day-to-day operations of the global Learning Management System (LMS) (Cornerstone On Demand). As the lead system and learning administrator, this position will strategically plan, design, and manage all system configurations, user security, and learning functionality for all Regulatory and Compliance courses. In addition, this person will be responsible for partnering with various departments on training initiatives that run through the LMS, including functional training, new HR programs, employee professional development, technical systems training, and required compliance training. This person will partner and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders across Global Human Resources, all areas of the business, and the enterprise-wide organization. - Ability to analyze issues and work with peers and internal groups to resolve. Proven consultative capability on the best way to use technology to achieve learning objectives.
- Stays abreast of new and emerging feature releases and determines how those changes impact the LMS and related processes, keeping impacted stakeholders informed.
- Ability to partner with diverse stakeholder groups to drive use of Cornerstone and provide best practice suggestions and implement those suggestions.
- Strong understanding of Reporting 2.0
- Ability to develop and update standardized tools and reporting functionality to provide stakeholders with ongoing access to learning data.
- Ability to manage roles, securities, and permissions associated with LMS access, and makes recommendations that will improve user experience while maintaining system security.
- Creates and updates resources to train and support learners on how to use our LMS platform.
- Understanding of core human capital management data the drives training distribution.
- Strong collaborative skills and the capability to work in an global support construct with the ability to work and train junior resources who will support day to day intake of issues.
- Agility to adjust to changes in timeline and competing priorities
- Knowledge of 3rd party application administration and integrations like LinkedIn Learning, Zoom and Lessonly
- Familiarity with Workday or similar Human Capital Management system.
- Strong interest in expanding skill set beyond Learning Management Administration and focusing on Overall Talent programs
- Partner with a diverse set of teams to deliver learning programs, which drive the TransUnion culture, enable our business users and ensure our regulatory commitments are met.
