Job Description
As a Customer Account Representative, you will be responsible for a number of key projects relating to client development and maintenance. Everything from sales and reporting management, quality control and communication, execution of programs and projects and finally working effectively with team members to deliver optimal performance.
Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.
Responsibilities:Coordinate pre-sales deliverables and share key information between the client and sales team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and product.
Own the customer communication relationship during the project fulfillment process.
Assist and take responsibility for quality control of the team’s work and provide constructive feedback on the tone and creative direction of the work.
Collaborate with the sales teams to improve workflows.
Maintain quick response times between clients and all internal teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1+ years prior to customer or client service work or related experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to handle a high volume, complex inquiries, and high-profile client base.
Strong learning agility, in order to quickly gain expertise on multiple products, services, tools, systems, and processes preferred.
Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict and use priority setting to accomplish goals required.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Proven success operating in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills required.
