Instant Brands is looking for aDigital Content Directorto join our Marketing COE andhelpleadour efforts in building and driving our brand communities with a sharp content strategy,managingcontent streams from concept to execution andbrief our Content Studio forbreakthroughcontent ideaswith inspiring, unexpected, and motivating insights.This individual’s contributions will spanacross our brand portfolio of some of the most iconic household names like Instant Pot®, Pyrex® and Corelle®.

We are in the business of delivering incredible home cooking solutions and rich brand experiences for consumers across the globe, so a strong interest in food, cooking and the user experience is a must. Each of our brands has a distinct voice, so you will also need to be comfortable toggling between voices as youdevelopcompelling contentstrategies and plansthat speaks to the hearts and minds of our target consumers.

Finally, the right candidate for this role must also be highly collaborative, embrace our “winning as one team” ethos and be ready to dive in with fellow, creative self-starters who are energized to learn and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

In housedigital contentteam islooking for a team-firstplayerwith responsibilities that will include:

  • In working with the Integrated Marketing lead and Content Studio deliver a cohesive owned experience for Company and Brands
  • Work closely with the Community Team to deliver key owned community initiatives like the Instant Insiders program as well as delivera consistent brand experience in our owned channels
  • Build and deploy content strategy across all our ecosystem: social, email, app,websiteand communities
  • Develop briefs and content calendars
  • Drive to true behavioral insights that intersect cultural context with our consumers’ motivations
  • ID growth and innovation opportunities
  • Develop a global recipe strategyand content plan across all our owned platforms
  • Execute the recipe content plan working a recipe content specialist on the team
  • Develop akey set of KPIs and measurement design and ensure delivery against them
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences
  • Refine and deliver on brand promise, tone, voice, and personality
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
  • Present completed ideas to the Global Business Unit teams
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
  • Develop a rich understanding of our products and brands
  • Adhere to brand guidelines, content standards and retailer requirements
  • Superviseowned content teamcomprising to two direct reports

This position is not static and will be revised as the need of the organization’s business evolves.This position reports into the VP of Integrated Marketing.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

  • College degree in Marketing/Communicationsor relevant work experience
  • 7-10years ofexperience inexperience planning,digital content/strategy, socialmedia/community building
  • Experience working with large brands, global and/or CPG experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal savvy, includingeffectively workingwith employees across multiple functions and geographies
  • Social media obsessed,Social Media/Experience Strategist by trade;creative/content skills a plus.
  • Confident self-starter who is comfortableworking with external partners, social media talent (as needed)
  • Conceptual thinker who can conceive of content needswith a maker-mindset to inspire teams to deliver
  • Ability to workboth collaboratively andindependently
  • Ability to adapt toiterativefeedback and pivot accordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to“think on your feet,”juggle multiple activities and assignments simultaneously, while still hitting deadlines
  • Demonstrated integrity,maturity,and a solution-oriented approach to challenges
