Working collaboratively ? cross team, cross discipline and even across continents ? we form lasting and meaningful partnerships with our clients and with each other.Role Summary:The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position in the Digital Branch within the Creative Department, responsible for ideating, developing, executing, analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in support of integrated experiential marketing activations. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and proficient knowledge of digital marketing communication channels including email, paid social, paid search, direct buy and programmatic media (SEO knowledge a plus). Primary Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and understand overall client goals
Perform audience research and deep dive into media consumption habits to inform digital marketing recommendations
Utilize social listening tools and research platforms to conduct competitive analysis
Develop strategic digital marketing recommendations that leverage appropriate platforms, tactics, audiences and creative messaging to effectively address campaign objectives and client goals
Regularly analyze campaign performance and synthesize insights that lead to impactful optimization recommendations
Compile thoughtful post-campaign analysis reports with an eye towards planning implications that will improve future iterations of the campaign
Present recommendations and reporting to the internal team and client(s) when necessary
Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers and digital project managers to ensure key value propositions are properly translated and consistent across all creative messaging and that all ad formats align with best practices for each digital platform
Create and manage content calendars, project timelines and asset delivery
Stay up to date on the latest capabilities and emerging technologies within the digital marketing space
Vet, source and manage external vendors and/or media partners when necessary
Qualifications:
BA or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital media planning or digital activation (agency experience preferred)
Experience developing paid media marketing campaigns and working in digital platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Ads
Experience with email marketing strategies and platforms is a plus (e.g. Marketo, Mailchimp, Drip, etc.)
Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices
Creative thinker with the capacity to apply data driven decision making
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets) and presentation (PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides) skills
Experience with event marketing is a plus
