Digital Product Strategy AssociateThe Commercial Banking Digital team is responsible for digital (.com, mobile, API) channel management, product management and commercialization for the JPMorgan Chase's Commercial Bank segment. Commercial Banking is a top provider of banking services to wholesale clients from small businesses to large, complex businesses with domestic and international needs.JPMorgan is seeking a Digital Product Strategy Associate to join the Commercial Bank digital team. The role will help to articulate and frame our digital product vision and strategy. Leveraging a combination of analytical skills with an innovative outlook, the role provides the opportunity to help frame the future state of CB's digital product strategy.In this position, you will:Own the day-to-day activities related to analysis, project management and delivery of product strategy initiatives across the CB digital team

Synthesize information quickly, identify trends or blind spots and develop narratives around product strategy

Articulate vision clearly and concisely translating complex concepts into easily accessible and understood content and visualizations

Shape research and data into observations into actionable insights, implications, and initiatives to support the strategy and build team consensus

Develop content and reporting to periodically update a variety of stakeholders, from adjacent teams to executive management across LOBs on roadmap, delivery milestones and product strategy

Qualifications3+ years relevant experience; experience in Commercial Banking is a plus

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline

Strong presenter and a great listener with an exceptional communication and visual product storytelling skillset

Detail-oriented, organized, excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Passion for digital experiences, tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced setting, and a positive attitude

Comfortable with an iterative process to improve strategy, data visualizations and priorities

Demonstrated customer-centric mindset

Comfortable with a variety of levels of management and multi-disciplinary teams
