- Previous experience as either a Solutions or Enterprise Architect and IT transformation track-record at a leadership level
- Outstanding analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task in an effective and efficient manner
- Experience in building strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and technical peers
- Excellent program management skills with a good track record of driving positive and sustained change
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and experience presenting new processes, changes, and metrics to various senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of BiZZdesign
- Experience with BI tools
- You will lead activities related to the maintenance and transformation of the Enterprise Architecture Governance across Transunion
- You will partner with various stakeholders in the technology, information security, procurement, compliance and other business areas to drive and align governance processes with enterprise processes
- You will work with architects across various domains, defining architecture processes, and capturing and reporting operating and outcome metrics
- You will run the day to day operations of the global architecture and solutions councils
- You will be a hands on leader, defining the architecture processes, soliciting feedback from stakeholders, implementing the process and striving to improve processes to optimize value to various council members and participating stakeholders
