Job Description
Director of Nursing (DON):TheDirector of Nursing (DON) is an integral part of our leadership team. You will be training and orienting new staff members, supervising and leading others, managing our specialtyprograms, ensuring quality care, as well as being involved with IDPH surveys.

Qualifications
Director of Nursing (DON)What we need from you:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL
- Previous DONexperience in a skilled nursing facility
- Experience leading nurses that care for patients of all acuity levels, including the psych population
- You should have extensive survey experience with positive results; be skilled in writing plans of correction, and a strong understanding of SNF regulations
- Your strengths should include QA, Change Management, Operations & Nurse Education
- Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC)
