Description SHIFT: Day JobSCHEDULE: Full-timeThis high-impact role provides an

ideal opportunity for a top-performer to work directly with the CFO of

IngenioRx, a $25B division of Anthem, to make a significant impact on the growth

and development of the business. The

successful candidate will be responsible for financial modeling, business

analysis, long-range financial planning, and developing PowerPoint

presentations that crisply articulate the story of the division’s performance

and strategic growth path. The incumbent

will partner closely with the corporate development team to identify, assess,

value and present potential acquisition targets to senior management, and lead

post-merger integration and value-capture efforts. Responsible for building, coaching and

developing a team of business analysts to support the activities described

above.Specific

Duties:

Responsible for developing and maintaining the Division’s

financial model

Builds crisp, professional PowerPoint decks for senior audiences

including Division and Executive leadership teams, as well as the Board of

Directors

Partners closely with Corporate Development and division leadership

teams to source, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities; leads post-merger

integration activities

Leads Division’s long-range planning and capital budgeting process

in concert with Division/Corporate FP&A

Works with Investor Relations teams to conduct and synthesize

competitor analysis

Develops and coordinates presentations and materials for executive

management meetings as well as internal/external speaking engagements

Provides decision support for Division President, CFO and senior

management team

Completes ad hoc analyses and presentations as requested by the

CFO

Hires, trains, coaches and assesses the performance of direct

reports

Qualifications

BS in Business Administration or Finance required, MBA strongly

preferred.

8-10 years of experience in Corporate Development, Financial

Planning & Analysis, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a top-tier

Management Consulting Firm; prior

management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which

would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred

experience:

Strong hands-on financial modeling skills and expertise in

building professional PowerPoint presentations

Prior healthcare industry experience, preferably within a payor or

PBM environment

Prior experience in M&A, due diligence, post-merger

integration

Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong initiative, and a

flexible “can-do” attitude

Attention to detail and sense of urgency are key success factors

for this role
