- EPMO Large Programs Group seeks a Senior Program Manager (non-Principal level).
- This role will support an enterprise integration of a new Third Party Administrator (TPA).
- Successful candidates will have both the technical and soft skills to deliver a complex program, as follows:
- Experience working with large TPA integrations in health care insurance companies in past is a plus.
- Stakeholder management across all levels, and a demonstrated ability to foster and maintain good customer relationships is required.
- Complex delivery experience with all aspects of a program management lifecycle and the ability to impart portfolio management thought leadership is required.
- The candidate must have demonstrated success with coordinating teams of project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget and to an agreed quality level.
- Experience in both operational and program budgets is required.
- Experience with documenting and managing project interdependencies and providing quick business decisions for a program based on the consideration of other projects is required.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to tailor for specific audiences.
- The candidate must have experience in resource capacity management, negotiation, influencing others, and managing conflict
- Experience in working with provider networks and / or provider data is a plus.
