As a Team Manager within our company, you will be responsible primarily for Clients, Closing & Coaching: Managing the team's business development of new, existing & past clients across IT verticals through meetings, networking, events, and other varied sales techniques.

Closing new job offers.
Coaching the team to success by closing development gaps on all areas of the recruitment life-cycle. This includes improving the team's candidate delivery, sales pitching, candidate and client acquisition, recruitment life cycle management, customer meetings, post-placement check-ins, communicating feedback, gaining commitment etc.
