- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum 6+ years of experience
- Monitoring ECM systems performance and recommend improvements/changes.
- Support and administration of the existing DOH ECM infrastructure.
- Design and implement FileNet P8 (5.2.1. +) object stores, document classes, search templates.
- Lead/assist in the Design, Implementation, Administration, and Maintenance of High Availability, Load Balancing, and Disaster Recovery in DOH FileNet infrastructure.
- Lead/assist with Design, Development, Implementation, Administration, and Maintenance of IBM FileNet P8 Case Manager solutions for multiple program areas within NYSDOH.
- Lead/assist in the Design, Development, Implementation of migration projects from various document sources (content management systems or file systems) into DOH FileNet repositories using FileNet P8 APIs.
- Develop VBScript, JavaScript, and Shell Script.
- Develop SQL queries/stored procedures in Oracle databases
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
