We are looking for a high-performing, enthusiastic, solution-driven technical marketer to take our digital marketing operations to the next level. The ideal candidate has deep expertise and a proven track record in digital & media operations, media strategy, technology, governance and reporting & analytics. Our digital marketing team powers some of the most innovative and scaled marketing in the industry. This role will lead digital marketing operations for some of the most recognized brands in the world - Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus and more. This individual will build a media & social operations practice that is revered in the industry. Your work will help to support hundreds of millions of users - from local entrepreneurs that use Facebook & Instagram to support their businesses, to notable influencers/celebrities. This role is critical to our success and will build the engine which powers all of our Digital Marketing. Success in this position requires expert Facebook & Instagram advertising knowledge, strong ad platform knowledge, expertise with data, infrastructure and tooling. This individual will focus on building strong partnerships and has the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment that continuously challenges itself to deliver exceptional results.Required Skills: Reimagine the way we operate holistically across content, publishing, paid media, analytics etc. to drive efficiency, reduce pain points and remove silos through a unified operating model

Oversee all on-platform media buying, lead a team of paid social media strategists, manage external media buying agency, boosting of organic social posts and custom audience creation

Direct internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.). governance, permissions, publishing, tagging, QA etc. across NA, APAC, EMEA and LATAM. Be the go to expert for all facets of our operations across the organization

Serve as the on-platform technical subject matter expert for Facebook, Instagram, Business Manager and Ad accounts

Ensure teams are maximizing platform capabilities and offer strategic counsel on best practices, account set-up, troubleshooting and issue resolution

Lead the overall technology and infrastructure roadmap for media and marketing operations

Lead measurement strategy, technical marketing capabilities, tracking, and readouts for marketing, content and media campaigns. Extract key insights and use this information to optimize across all areas

Project manage complex work streams and manage stakeholders seamlessly

Identify process optimization opportunities across all digital touchpoints (Social, Web, E-mail, Media)

Be the glue that integrates all digital touch points and unifies them through a unified tech stack and sound operational model

Effectively propose new solutions that drive efficiency and elevate our digital enablement efforts

Challenge the current model, move quickly with thought and care, all while being able to drive unanimous consensus across a large stakeholder group with varying opinions

Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years experience in digital enablement, operations, paid media, social media technology, governance, project management and analytics

Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS

Experience with Facebook and Instagram ad products

Experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)

Experience working with attention to detail, interpersonal skills and interfacing with executives, leadership and stakeholders at all levels

Experience working across complex cross-functional teams, solutions oriented and can offer resolutions even in ambiguous situations
