Grocery Lead

The Grocery Lead serves as an assistant manager between the stock team members and grocery management. Reports to the Grocery Manager.Ensures that the stock crew is in place and grocery and housewares section is working according to Eataly’s standardsOversees the stock team members and delegates tasksWorks closely with the grocery manager to oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and product rotation to ensure efficiencyWorks collaboratively with in-house and corporate marketing teams to design, build, and merchandise displays that drive engagement and salesRecords and emails daily shift notesPerforms other duties as required or assigned
