- 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics role
- Experience working with and extracting value from large, disconnected and/or unstructured datasets
- Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
- Proficient in Hadoop, PIG, Datameer and/or other big data tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management Strong interpersonal skills and ability to project manage and work with cross-functional teams
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases and query authoring (SQL)
- Exposure to a variety of databases.
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
