Location: Chicago/Remote Good Finance analytical skills and very good power point experience. To be able to analyze financial data and prepare recommendations based on analysis and prepare good power points for presentation to CXO level.
- Supports development and maintenance of the SaaS Digital Thread for Digital SaaS product solutions
- Support development and documentation of new process and region/product specific tasks including development of work instructions and training material
- Support adoption of enhanced processes and tools for solutions globally
- Execution Coordination of orders thru the Digital Thread, including supporting process such as regional Quoting, Order Management, Fulfillment, Date Management, CRM Install Base Tracking, Billing/Finance/Rev-Rec support and Renewal Tracking
- Requires critical thinking and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Ability to coordinate with colleagues at a global level in various time zones
- This role requires basic experience in the Sales & Digital Sales Transformation. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
- MS Office proficiency
- Working knowledge on tools like OBIEE (query management), Electronic Order Management (eOM), PeopleSoft. Smart sheets, MS Visio, Confluence.
- Work experience in Order Management process, Understand Inquiry to Order and Order to Remittance both upstream and downstream process
- Lean/Six Sigma trained
- Strong communication skills
