- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum of five- seven years of experience with: Identity & Access Governance including role based access control, access request and certification along with the following work experience.
- Experience with Banking systems including Identity Management systems (NetIQ and SailPoint).
- Resource Provisioning.
- Managing access in a Windows environment (NTFS, SharePoint, Multiple Domains).
- Active Directory (Creating and Managing Users and Groups).
- Basic Exchange 365 knowledge.
- Proficient Microsoft office skills with an emphasis on Excel (Vlookup, Pivots Tables, etc.).
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to explain Identity Management process to non-technical audience.
- Privileged Access Management/CyberArk.
- Operating Identity Management solutions preferably within Microsoft Azure AD.
- Strong Project Skills.
- Creates and maintains roles and privileges within the Identity Management system.
- Evaluate and support complex IAM and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
- Maintains system roles and privileges based on information such as job function, department, etc.
- Manages system controls including creation and review of system reporting, reconciling access to source systems, review of critical data elements, processing of terminations, transfers inactive users, etc.
- While also facilitates system access reviews and attestation processes within the system.
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational team.
- Develops and analyzes metrics and reporting; and recommends and implements action plans.
- Performs self-audits of system security; and recommends and implements action plans to improve results.
- Partners with department managers and representatives to determine the appropriate levels of system access based on job responsibilities.
- Also partners with Information Technology and Human Resources department to support the Identity Management System.
- Fulfills audit request, explains controls, and supports the testing of controls, represents Identity and Access Management on enterprise-level and local projects for system and application integration with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, supports end user questions and issues with the Identity Management system.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
- Responsible for supporting the Identity Management System (NetIQ/SailPoint) by applying industry standard access controls and security risk knowledge.
- Performs necessary procedures and controls to ensure appropriate system access controls are in place.
- While being able to weigh business needs against security risk, and articulate issues to management.
